How else can they be asking these questions. That's not true. If they have only one device in the home, it's just helpful for the users to not have to do additional research and just provide a simple list of features that are in the pro so that they can make the right decision from the very start.

May I suggest that during the install, that we clearly define what features are included in the Pro version so that users can make better decision to upgrade or not. Right now, most users have to do their own research to compare the differences. We cannot always assume that the users have Internet access during these install so we must make it very clear to them what they are installing.

I had Pro, so its going to give me Pro - unless I want to buy a Home key. How satisfied are you with this reply? The only other way to install is to buy the media from a supplier. Additional useful information would also include the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit with some examples of 64 bit programs.
